I haven't been able to log into the Quidco site for a week now. I keep getting a screen that says the website is down for maintenance, but it shouldn't be for long.
Can you tell me how long exactly it will be ?

I'm still quite surprised to see that some people using Tombola through Topcashback are tracked within the hour and i've waited over a year without even a sniff of it being tracked.

I am extremely disappointed after having previously good experience of Quidco claims I have had a £60 claim declined with Tesco Phone shop for no reason on a 24 month iphone 4s.
I bought the phone back in May.
Can you look into this, it seems to be a fairly common complaint within this forum and can obviously damage your reputation if common problems like this are not resolved in a satisfactory manner.

I opened a Quidcare support 17 April for a non tracking £50 on Sainsbury's Bank - Home Insurance to dicover they require the claim to be on hold for 110 days which has now passed.

you can open another claim if you like, but i suspect they'll get on it. they held both my sky claims for 30 days and then submitted them to sky without me doing anything.
but by all means raise another claim if you'd prefer0 -

I followed your advice from the 28-07-2012 regarding raising an issue about why my cashback hasnt been confirmed yet and unfortunately it doesnt show up in my list of tracked transactions when raising the issue. However it shows as tracked when looking at the activities screen.
So what am I to do now??? I fail to understand how a transaction that was completed fully in line with Quidco's instructions and via telephone directly with Orange can fail. Can you please deal with this or advise me how I progress this issue further!!!

@GILL635 – The Quidco site is working fine at the moment; can you possibly try clearing your browser cookies/cache, we usually find this fixes the problem.
@Sheepfan – Sorry about that, following on from my previous response we have spotted a technical issue with the comparison service. All the quotes for August don’t appear to have imported correctly on our system, which is why you are unable to. We’re working on a fix at the moment as a top priority, are you OK to try verifying again towards the end of the week?
@RoyBoy27 – can you clarify if you have raised a cashback claim for this? As I’m afraid we won’t know what reason Tesco have declined it for without one. Simply click here and raise the claim, we’ll then be able to investigate this for you.
@aylesby – Don’t worry, once the hold period has passed the claim will automatically be sent off by our system, this is just part of the process the claims go through.
@pec22001 – That is strange, sorry to hear that. Are you able to confirm your Quidco UserID so I can take a look? If you do not wish to post on here can you please send this to members@quidco.com.
