@littlewren That would not be the case so please do not worry. Sometimes purchases do just fail to track and that's why we offer the cashback claim facility. Thank you for raising the claim for the untracked purchase. Please leave it with us and we will take it from here.

    On the help link:

We have two payment runs each month. These are on the first working days following the 1st and 15th.
Please note - the minimum we can pay you in any payment run is £1.01. If your confirmed cashback is less than this, your payment will roll over until this amount has been reached and we’ll send it to you in the next payment run. The maximum that can be paid into a PayPal account is £25

  • Hello,

    Quite annoyed right now.
In Jan I purchased Legal and General home and contents insurance through Quidco. This should have resulted in £60 cashback.
However, the claim was quickly showing as "declined".

I quickly raised a ticket with support and after 7 months of chasing the ticket finally got closed today.

"I am very sorry to say that I have had no success with this as they will not overturn their decision on this occasion."

What? I don't get it? I have supplied Quidco with all my insurance policy details. I have no issues with cookies etc on my machine.

How can it just be turned down like that? Unfortunately I used Quidco before I had read about all the problems with using them. Stupidly I had assumed it was a safe bet, so I have ended up with more expensive insurance than I would otherwise have bought.

Beware - never assume the cashback is safe, and only ever use Quidco if it is the cheapest deal without the cashback, which must be very rare!

Complete waste of my time and money.

I only hope that others read this and don't make the same mistake as me.

    D.

Did anyone take advantage of the recent quidco offer for tesco grocery? The offer was 2% cash back for returning customers spending over £100 plus a £10 off £40 for your next shop.

I did my shop and it has tracked ok with quidco but I haven't received my £10 voucher.

Just wondered if anyone else is waiting too?

    Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help with a query on behalf of my fathers Quidco account.

Back in May, he purchased an Orange contract, expecing £50 cashback.

This tracked rather quickly, at purchase amount £1.00, Earnings "-", with a message "No amount? Your purchase has successfully tracked but currently it has no cashback amount. This will update to the correct amount soon."

It has been like that since the 12th May (as per 'updated' date).

Now, we cannot find anywhere on the website to contact Quidco asking for an update. If we select "Why has my cashback tracked at the wrong amount?" and select "Orange", a message says
"Quick answer: Unfortunately, we have no record of you making a purchase with Orange Contract Phones & SIMs.."

If we select "Why hasn't my cashback updated to confirmed yet?" we get:-
    "Quick answer:
Unfortunately we have no record of you making any purchases through Quidco so far. "

Yet the purchase is sat there, tracked, at no amount.

We have emailed enquiry[at]quidco[dot]com three times within the last month and not received a reply. How do I actually contact someone to pursue this enquiry?!

    Thanks for any help.

I'm trying to take out a new car insurance policy with Sainsburys. I've gone through quidco, where it says that cashback is only paid when payment is made by BACS. However this is not an option on the Sainsburys website!

The options are: monthly instalments, single payment:Credit or debit card, or Single direct debit and initial payment.

I always pay in a lump sum and would be happy to pay by BACS but can't see which of these options they mean. Any clues?
