Dear Quidco, Orange have now confirmed my cashback but at £30 - they declined the other £30 saying the order had been amended. It wasn't I am using the phone.0

I did my shop and it has tracked ok with quidco but I haven't received my £10 voucher.
Just wondered if anyone else is waiting too?0 -
Dear quidco Company Representative,
Back in June, I bought 2x car insurance policies via Quidco through Churchill Car Insurance. Neither purchases tracked so I raised a request for both. Sean got in contact from Quidco and I only noticed this morning when I logged in next. I never received any emails from yourselves notifying me you needed more information for some reason, not even in my june folder.
Anyway, Sean requested more information, however all relevant info was in original request, I note you want the policy number in 6505/****/**** format. My policy number is in the format of 674*****. I have emailed members@quidco.com with all information to allow you to reopen this request as claim was declined due to me not replying. Can you have a look into this for me please.
I'll log in to Quidco in next few days and also check my PMs on MSE along with my emails.
Thanks in advance.0 -

I have been on to both tesco and quidco about it and have been bounced around by both. Quidco say the voucher should come from Tesco and Tesco say it should be from Quidco.
I suspect going on Tesco recent performance with vouchers that it should come from them and no-one in their CS dept knows about it!! I have given up as all I seem to do these days is e/mail tesco to complain about something or other - had loads of problems with them lately. It's too soul destroying to bother phoning them anymore.
I had planned a shop this week using the voucher but will do it elsewhere instead0 -
Hi, sorry but i've not read the whole thread so hope that my question has not already been answered.
Yesterday I signed up via Quidco for an upgrade to my Sky account by adding broadband unlimited. This was and still is being advertised on Quidco as follows "Last week of the 6 months free Broadband/Fibre Unlimited offer + £25 M&S voucher and £120 cashback"
Now today I seen the purchase tracking which is great but the amount is wrong! Instead of the £120 it is showing £70. Should I be concerened? Is this normal and is it going to change to the correct amount once the purchase is confirmed? The website says not to log a cashback claim until the status has changed to confirmed. If when the status changes to confirmed and the cashback stays at the wrong amount how will I be able to prove what the correct amount of cashback should have been.
Thanks for reading...0 -
Good afternoon,
I hope you've all had a nice weekend and are enjoying the Olympics!
@jasonwatkins – I’m really sorry about this. I know this is being looked into but it is unfortunately part of an ongoing issue at the moment.
@DBAKER1980 – I’m very sorry to hear that, and the last thing we want is for you not to receive your cashback. Are you able to raise this as an official complaint for me via this link, and I will see if there’s anything else we can do to help.
@fairclaire – We’ve had a few reports of this recently and do be assured we’re looking into it with Tesco. We’re currently waiting on a response to this so I’ll be sure to let you know as soon as we hear back.
@Hurri – I’m afraid the email address enquiry[at]quidco[dot]com isn’t used by us, however could you please go to this contact form, and select ‘why has my purchase tracked at no amount?’, you should then be able to raise a support ticket.
@cte1111 – I’m sorry for any confusion caused by this. This warning is actually in regards to the payment option on Quidco, i.e. you need to have BACS listed as your payment option on Quidco in order to get cashback. The reason for this is that we can only pay up to £25 cashback to Paypal accounts, and generally Sainsbury’s will offer more cashback than that. You can use whatever payment method you wish when buying.
@doctor40 – Sorry about that, that doesn’t sound right at all. Can you please raise a support ticket via clicking on this link, and we can then investigate that further for you.
@Toki – I believe I have replied to your email today, both claims have now been processed for you.
@milgo – not at all, it’s not uncommon for cashback to track at the wrong amount, and we can always have this rectified. That’s correct that you cannot raise a claim for the moment, however if you raise a support ticket with the Quidcare Team (via this link) they can certainly look into this further for you.
Many thanks,

Dear quidco Company Representative,
I have stopped at two Premier Inns in the past month and neither have tracked. I have tried to raise a claim but Premier Inn do not accept claims. Is this a con or a way that Premier Inn attracts customers through Quidco witout paying cashback?
I have also not been paid £32 for House Insurance from AXA despite it being confirmed since last January, but now changed. I have queried this and received a message from Quidco Payments Team on 24 July to tell me that it has now been confirmed and will show as such from 15 August. This has not answered my query which was why have I not been paid eight months after it was confirmed?
I am quickly losing all faith with Quidco!!To Dare is To Do:beer:0 -
thanks Rosie but no need. I sent them a copy of my Quidco reply and they admitted they were wrong that the voucher should have come from them.
They have now sent me a 'goodwill' voucher for £10 for my troubles. No mention that I was entitled to it anyway.......:o
I have my voucher now so am happy. I would advise anyone else who hasn't had theirs yet to email them and complain.
Thanks again for replying0 -
Hi,
I'm writing on behalf of my daughter, who has a Quidco account. She has not made any purchases for some time but has £11 confirmed in her account. I understand that £5 of this will be the annual fee, but don't know why she has never been sent the remaining £6? You have her bank details.
