Alice has the one sister, Milly, who also has serious health issues (Crouzons syndrome). I have written to them both and sent small gifts before through Postpals and was very humbled to receive home made thank you cards in return. I can honestly say they are two of the sweetest, kindest girls you could ever imagine. I really hope Alice gets all of her wishes and also that her family get to enjoy them with her as they all deserve a break.

The family must be overwhelmed with the response this has had. Just spotted this on the news too.

She has achieved so much already for other people with this one wish alone. What a fabulous legacy.

One of my friend's sons has been in hosp with Alice.He has recovered but it's horrendous that's she is suffering so much:(:(:(If anyone can help her go for it:o:o:o:o:o

What a brave girl. In tears reading her blog. Hope she acheives all her wishes. I joined the bone marrow register a few months ago as my DH is currently fighting cancer & is due to have a bone marrow transplant himself in a month or so.

I emailed someone who posted on her blog yesterday. She mentioned that she would like to help Alice get to Kenya, but as I explained, Alice cannot travel that far now, but instead of Alice going to Kenya, why not bring Kenya to Alice?

If it is possible to get a hall for an evening and deck it out as a safari or a jungle, with pictures of Kenya, Safari, Masi, etc and maybe have some cine films showing being on safari, dancing with the masai, etc. Postcards from kenya?, etc, etc.

Just quick run of ideas, but I am sure with enough support, this could be made to happen for her?
