Erm..... my books are all in alphabetical order of authors, then alphabetical order of titles, within the author, iyswim.:rotfl:HELLO ALL!
been ever so busy and just going to shower.
re the books though (who was putting them into alphabetical order?) the friend I do a favour for on a Friday has her paperbacks organised by colour - then they blend across the shelf!. her cookbooks have their own shelf though with no discernible organisation and hardback are in a glass-fronted pine bookcase. But organising paperbacks by spine colour? - and you lot think I've got OCD lol (mind you the DO look nice!)
But my pegs don't match!:p:p:p

I'm also somewhat upset as I do so detest it when people use the word "witch" to mean something derogatory.:( But I shall say no more.
Listy update.... spent a lot of the afternoon doing battle with the HMRC website..... BLEURRGGGHHH.
Tuesday ~ Living Room, Hall and Stairs

Wednesday ~ Bedroom & Landing

Thursday Scrubfest- Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
Level One

Frog #7 Tax return. Done online as far as possible and saved (awaiting 1 piece of info to come in)
Frog #10 Update catalogue of PC/PS2/DSi games
Level Two
Clean baths, toilets, don't forget the outside! and sinks.. shine the taps with a toothbrush Done
Level Three
Wipe down tiles in bathroom.. defragment your pc while doing this. Done (pc defragged on Sunday)
Clean shower screen/curtain if you have one/if required Done
Extra- Binbag dance.... ready.. set.. go!!!!!!!! Done (recycling-bag dance, as it happens!)
- empty out the bathroom cabinet.. clean it.. fling what you don't need and stash the rest in a beautiful manner.. in alphabetical order please!
Done (still tidy after last time, in fact!) - Empty and clean out all the upstairs bins! All bins in bungalow done

but can quite see what you mean about Dot and Squeak - same nose, definitely! reminds me of DD's scan JUST before she was born - she looked so much like her big brother it was unreal - and she turned and face the sonar thingy too - absolutely stunning!

But spine colour would be difficult if there were 2 colours - and would mean i'd have to separate the Harry Potter ones....... CY starts shaking at the prospect......
fish and chips from the freezer tonight for DS and DD1 - DD2 is eating out and we're having smoked haddock - cue the complaints....

'twas me sorting the books out last night. I'm still doing it cos I'm a dilatory (sic) moo.
I've done loads today, but not really the stuff that needs doing.
Had a LB moment before - we go on holiday a week tomorrow, that means DM descends a week today to catsit, and I have erm lots to do.
Rain was forecast today, so i hung everything indoors this morning - hasn't rained all day and the sun is out. Annoying.....
Oh well cuppa and onwards..hugs to all and off I go :-)Yesterday is history

If you've ever done the 100 hues test you would be able to do books by spine colour...
(I had to have the test, regularly, because of meds I was on for RA. I HATED it - but I got very quick. Doubt I was VERY accurate though. Also had to have Fields tests done *yawn*)
Oh why oh why did I BF DS - he CANNOT be hungry (by this I mean if/when he is hungry he is totally blind to anything else - cannot be reasoned with but MUST HAVE FOOD NOW!) - and he has been demanding food since I got back.
