    Seller paid insufficient postage. Asked for extra back and told "it's your problem"

    Just this time I'd probably leave 1 star across the board as well, and if they complain, I'd tell that that was their problem.

    Postage underpaid p.o charged me, seller would not refund.

    (Remember space for feedback is limited and it needs to be to the point to be easily understood).

    I would also open an item not received dispute
    (unless its a tracked service)
    when you win the dispute
    refund them the amount - postage deficit

    What happens when ebay review the case and see the message from the buyer mentioning the underpaid postage that they paid when collecting the parcel. Two wrongs dont make a right!

    wheres the bad? the OP will be left at £0
    at what point do paypal review eBay messages in the dispute process?
    as far as the seller is concerned the item is sitting in an RM delivery office and they have washed their hands of it

    Sorry but in my book doing the dirty on someone in return doesnt make it right, it just makes me as bad as them!

    Its a disgrace what they've done and that's what feedback is there for.
