Apparently 'I didn't pay enough postage'

Ok so I have an odd one...

I bought an item - I received a request for £1.12 from the post office and I have to walk 2 miles to collect it (or it can be delivered but I really need the item).

So I emailed the seller, letting them know it was under. Their response was "we used stamps to the value which you paid, therefore do not consider this our problem".

Would you leave a neg or a neutral? They're quite new (less than 10 feedback) so it affect their account. Also, is there anyway of getting the £1.12 back (out of principle as the item was only £1 plus £1 p&p so £1.12 is more than 50% extra)

Of course its their problem. They listed the item and told you how much P&P would be - it's not your fault they didnt calculate that properly.
I would certainly leave them poor feedback, not necessarily a negative but would point out THEIR mistake

Any ideas for the feedback? Assuming the product is ok , does something like below sound ok?

"not enough postage paid, seller offered no refund for extra fee I paid".

Unhappy. Seller underpaid postage, refused to refund me extra £1.12 for delivery.
Or something similar, I would def say that they refused to pay the extra not that they didn't offer.
