I don't know the area, but it seems that the location is all wrong to me, because of the motorway. For me, rural means peace and quiet. Decent views are less important, as mainly I want tranquillity. So, you have all the disadvantages of being out in the sticks, but not the one feature I am really looking for. So, I wouldn't pay a premium price, and that's what you are looking for, so I'm out.
The general consensus seems to be that you are very unlikely to sell by September without dropping the asking price by some tens of thousands of £££s. How does that affect your plans? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Well, I guess I either hope to part ex out of area for a house on a new dev or I change my plans!! Any thoughts on part ex guys?0

I'd refer you back to my comments on the sort of person that wants to part-ex:o
If you manage it and they offer you something that you think is sensible, it's because they'll be fleecing you on the next house as well. Frying pan into fire.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
