  • Hey cheri thank you, no idea what any of you have been upto, will spend the next few days catching up.

I need a list. 6 weeks no kids - I'll nose dive if I don't make a list of constructive/fun stuff to do.

I've a lot thinking to do and a life plan to think about.

    :)

Exciting stuff life plans. Definitely need fun in that list. How is the website coming along. I bet that will take up a fair chunk of time.

Lovely lass emailed when I was about to leave - it WILL be on my list :D

Tbh cheri I'm terrified about so long sproggle-less - but need to focus on non-mummy stuff, funny this single parent lark - a bit all or nothing. Full on, then nowt, whilst you should embrace the time IRS very scary.

My only real comparison for non-single parents or still together parents or pet owners is it's like letting someone you trust (mostly) kidnap a lot of your life for a period, or like (and ill get slammed for this analogy i'm sure, putting your most loved pooch or cat in a wonderful loving place for a period of time, for no apparant reason, and returning home or mis- placing something very precious

I understand. It is hard when you are such an active and involved parent. And especially hard when you must be a bit worried about whether there are going to be any 'issues' like there were last year.....

Maty thank you I missed you all too :)

Ironically, ventured to wiks only to find some boogers had dug up and nicked telephone cables for about 450 m - had a lot of time with no phone/Internet - although aside bank online frustration, (I've not been paid, no sTripey shopping home, dd dropped her camera and I'm counting pennies for petrol) too much yapping to need much internet.

No money left on either cc
    £5 in fat controller
    £23 in lloyds

But we are home, have food and 1/4 tank petrol, need email about the 60+ hours waiting for and this clearly illustrates we NEED a regular p/t job.

And whilst fun, went too darn quick. But go me, a bit of very scary, but much practises needed M1 driving down to Nottingham - got spectacularly lost and found my old high school (only did a year there) my dad was in forces, we spent a lot of time in England (and abroad).

Far too busy for my liking, big and scary. But we did it :)
