They were curled up at the edge of the carpet, found about 20-30 of them.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Silverfish? They wiggle about really fast, but don't seem to go anywhere too much? They're not harmful or disease-ish, but I don't know what they *do* indicate.... damp?2023: the year I get to buy a car0

they could be woodlouse (also called sowbugs). Wikipedia has good pictures for confirmation. They do roll up. Not a problem apart from indicating damp. But how can you know what you want till you get what you want and you see if you like it?0 -
Have a good day tunnelling.. erm, well you know what I mean
Hope the wind stays at a sensible level.
That does sound kind of like silverfish Unixgirl, although an inch seems quite big for them! Sounds like the right sort of place for them, they like damp and dark places (we get a few in our bathroom). Don't do any harm though.Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
silverfish are tiny aren't they? And woodlice certainly aren't an inch long! No idea I'm afraid (sorry that's not much use!)0

They were definitely an inch long (used a ruler), most of the girls freaking out. I'm calm (apart from lifting my bag off the floor), is that growing up in the country and finding pond shrimps in our water supply thats done that?CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera.
