Hope everyone on here is ok, and hasn't been affected by the riots.

On an entirely different note, there is a shetland pony on our local freegle, how bizarre.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:

Oooooh, I want a shetland pony, used to help look after 2 when I was about DD's age, Sugar and Spice, real Thelwell ponies
My freegle is very strict about animals, which is sad as I desperately want a cat but have heard horror stories about the local sanctuaries expecting the earth in terms of having to work from home, not have too many people over, must have cat flaps in every available door/wall going etc etc.....but oddly enough my neighbours all over the place have happy cats that they open the door for, go out to work etc etc. I used to as well! Ho hum, I can't actually afford cat food at the moment anyway, let alone insurance/vet bills, so maybe it'll stay a pipedream for another day or so.....
YAY to sunshine. It's always sunny in my heart these days (lol) but it's very windy and autumnal in KK and KC country today, brrrrr!!

Pippi, I love your local Freecycle/ Freegle.. you could start a zoo!Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
Indeed eh? KK I'd offer to have it for you, but they eat alot! and, talking of cats, we're hopefully getting two from cats protection, subject to inspection..............! both ginger and white
On another note, MR stripes a bit fed up (being south) so cheered him up by blogging about our adventure
he's happier now, hopefully!Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Gosh just popped in to catch up and you are all running away with me. Back on part 2 of 4 hour teleconference in a minute so first post read.
Glad you are having a Zippee dee do dah day Pippi. Sun always makes me smile http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hqvBIR0k1_oSome days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher0 -
Errrm.......no, I'm going on anecdotal evidence........it is on my to do list and there is a nice-sounding sanctuary near me, so maybe DD and I will mooch on over and fall all in love with ALL the boy cats (I'm angling for a nice lazy boy who likes cuddles, bit like OH in feline form, lol), although DD did say the other day that she'd like two girl cats - Zara and Kate. It's all OH's sister's fault, she passes me Hello and OK magazines to flick through and so DD is now obsessed with weddings!!0

Lol to being obsessed by weddings, I guess she's that age!
Loving the moggy talk - tho it is indeed a bit breezy round KK and KC way! Quietened a bit now, and I *have* been out for blackberries again - wanted the fresh air, and I'd spotted that there were some on "my" tree ripe again
Unix - I'm not surprised you're teary, do look after yourself, this is very tough
