Thanks Keiss, LT. I'm in teary mode tonight (I just want to bawl my eyes out). I'm trying to find some paperwork I've not seen since I lived in London (and that was a long time ago). I've found my birth certificate, letters from DIY friend she used to send me when I was working away, bank statements from the 90's (horder I know), a store card I didn't know i had that I can claim PPI on (well maybe, late 90s? zero balance and I didn't close the account), plane tickets (the stubs). All except what I'm actually looking for.

I did find pictures of my Alsatian and my first Husky. I miss them both dearly.

    Morning All, update:

-OH owes me £45 (cigs etc this week), he gets paid tomorrow so I'll get it back then. He says (after budget announcement) he's going to quit smoking..... I'll believe it when I see it
    - SS wouldn't get lost last night, had friend coming over for tea. Finally he goes when OH comes down the stairs. Am going to say to him I want the parts from his old car out my garage by this weekend at the latest.
    - Finally got my own mobile back, and compensation from the company.
    - got word about an internal job, fingers crossed
    - still churning out applications

I am so tired, exhauste actually and have OH moaning about an event he has and that no one will do it (he needs to get off his backside and learn to drive instead of smoking), I don't want to do it, but he's leaving me no choice. The 2 people who normally do it are being pretty rotten (i.e. we helped them out recently and get nothing back, I know for fact one of them is lying about what they are supposed to be doing). No amount of reasoning with OH will work. Totally stressed and fed up.

ah now i understand why you're always driving OH around, i have never undertood how adults of our generation have never learnt to drive. I hope he quits smoking though.
glad you got your mobile back and i'll keep my fingers crossed about the internal job, it would be good if you didn't have to leave.

Hope you're feeling a bit better this afternoon Unix.

Sorry, but I'm afraid Iwould tell your OH to get lost. If he can't be supportive, then he shouldn't say anything at all, and stop being so negative. You need lots of TLC just now, lots of (((((hugs))))). xxx

I'm afraid I burst into tears as soon as I got home. OH was great, made me a cuppa, gave me a cuddle, made dinner and let me put my feet up. Think he's finally listening.

I fancied chocolate last night Keiss, mint choc chip ice cream to be exact (11 o'clock at night!). Had to make do with a chocolate and almond magnum but it was lovely.

SS is being his usual annoying self, so am annoying him (:p) by sitting in the living room. He thinks that because I've dropped OH off he can claim the tv. It annoys the hell out of him me sitting here but I'm not moving. Already made him clear up the dirty dishes he had everywhere. He decided to ignore the dinner I made him (he said he didn't want it, beef olives, mash and gravy) and made himself something but left all the dirty dishes about (he uses twice as many as anyone else).

.....sorry this is quite funny he's getting really annoyed, tough (am I being cruel here? :o). My house and I won't be shoved out my own living room, he waits until OH goes out and then just hogs the tv. He has a tv in his room, we don't (I won't have one in our room, one for cost but two OH would watch it and fall asleep and I'd still be wide awake as am a light sleeper). But SS has a tv in his room and a freeview service, we have Sky in the livingroom, we offered him it in his room but he'd have to pay for it, he said no way so I never ordered it. I'm not paying for it for a quiet life.

Both SS and OH gave me the money they owed me. OH's was never a problem but SS seems to think he can just let it slide. I ended up saying to him I wanted it today (as he got paid today and didn't want the "I haven't got it because I'm skint" back-chat).

....... right I really have annoyed annoyed him, he's just stormed out the living room, not said anything and gone to his room. I feel a bit cruel here but he's got to realise I am not about to sit in my bedroom (no tv) just because he wants to hog the tv watching police chase programmes (although he was watching 'something else' when I came in) which he can watch on his freeview box. He's been told about it before about not thinking about others but he doesn't listen.

Have applied for a load of jobs today. Keep your fingers crossed for me that something comes up soon. Heard from another friend who's job finished 4 weeks ago and she's still looking.

Have uploaded some more pics of my cards to my webpage and some ideas for easter gifts.

Anyway.... enough of a rant :D. How is everyone?
