Thanks guys, OH actually paid for my MOT on sat (well majority of it) and has been uber nice to me. SS I tore strips off this morning as I sat a bottle of shampoo on ironing board last night for a hamper and he helped himself without asking. He sniggered as I spoke to him, took all my composure not to throw my hair brush at him. Will say to him tonight he's paying for it. Getting hamper money tomorrow which should help too as that's hairdresser paid (she also got one of the Sky codes from me), and got £10 back from my Mum for a present I picked up for her. Have team xmas lunch on thursday and since its me organising it I really should go (£20), will have to raid my piggy bank for £2 coins (saved from cards and hampers that I made), this was for paying towards Egg but I'll take it out of my wages when I get paid next week (owed a little overtime) and managed to make £14 in tarot this week so that will get paid on thursday.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J0

!!!!!!, that SS of yours needs to grow up and take responsibility for what he does...or face the consequences. If it had been me in your circumstances, he'd have been out on his ear long ago (and so would his dad)!!
I know it's difficult, but you really need to look after yourself and your needs and tell them to buck up or "buck" off!!! Slinks off and promises not to rant again (well, not today:o)!
Lots of hugs Unix xxx

No need to slink of Keiss I know you're right.
Ok, for today......
-Hamper to deliver (and get paid for, I usually do payment up front but she's a repeat customer)
-Cards to do (9 on the list to do, 1 to do tonight the rest to start)
- Another hamper to start
- Secret Santa present to wrap
I organised the Secret Santa for my team at work, asked another (very) small team to join so they weren't left out. We're having it this week as its the last time we'll all be in. It seems unfair to hold it on a day where not everyone is in. One of the people from the other team moaned (and I mean moaned) about why we are doing it so early via email to all the people involved. I replied to her and everyone else and said it was only fair that everyone was there and no one misses out. I know she read the email as our system tags it. She then says to me right across the office "Uni (insert my real name), why are we doing secret santa so early"? I was fuming, told her politely it was the last day everyone that is involved is in and it would be unfair one or two missing it. One of the girls who works for me turned to her and said "surely you don't want folk to miss out do you, thats pretty mean". She did shut up finally but i couldn't believe how petty she was being. I felt like telling her don't bother being involved then.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. oh secret santa we were just talking about that at work here today, i haven't joined in for the last couple of years which is my choice and i don't miss it, but i would be more likely to join in if they picked names earlier not 3 weeks before christmas when i've actually finished my shopping and really don't want to do anywhere near the shops again.
Hope you got your money from SS for the shampoo, tell him it's theft otherwise as he took something that didn't belong to him without your permission!0 -
Morning.
LT, I did tell SS that and told him if he's not bought and its not in the actual shower do not bother using it.
Secret Santa went well (thankfully), got a load of craft stuff as my present. Only one of the gifts was inappropriate (the guy doesn't drink and was given a bottle of wine by one of his best friends!), the best one had to be a scooter, you know the kids ones? It was silver and pink and the girl that got it loved it. She's apparently going to use it going to the shops! She was trying it out in the office yesterday so if you see film appear on youtube of a girl on a scooter in an office...... that's us! Our Christmas lunch I organised went well too.... I could have done without spending the money but never mind.
Took OH to work this morning then drove to my work. Slid through one of the junctions, as didn't realise how icy it was! Gave myself a real fright.
On the hamper side still got one to do and a pile of cards. Been paid for all upfront apart from a few cards.
Been getting Christmas presents through Quidco, annoyed the AA one didn't tracked so have raised a claim. It really better go through or I wont be impressed!
Anyway how is everyone? Its cold and very snowy here.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. First of the proper snow here for us 1 off school as it was a half day. Contemplating trying to get into work later but the roads are lethal and I hate driving in it. Take care

Everything I want to say about SS I have already said. I don't know how or why you bother to put up with the !!!!less git. But then you know my feelings on this and your OH. Really glad the lunch went well, nice to have a little treat. Secret Santa must be something that has caught since I was last in work or else we had a really boring office lol!
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

Thanks Chev, he is being an ungrateful little ****. OH working tonight, he's given me £30 to treat myself but after taking £3 off for my fav conditioner I'll use the rest for a pressie for my aunt and my other grandpa. I don't get paid till next fri and I don't want to be shopping last minute.
How is everyone? I can't be bothered putting my tree up so have put some baubles in a big vase and put up my Christmas cards. Is that bad?CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera.
