£6.23 gone to Egg (thank you Quidco). This was meant to be paid off by march next year but I'm sure I can pay it off before then
. Then will work on the next debt to pay off as paying off Egg will free up £100 a month. I also have 2 month break from council tax (which is £180) but I may use that money for my car insurance which is due in march.
I'm working overtime again this weekend. I did lose 50% of my last lot to tax! (Boo). But its better than nothing.
My snowball still says 53 months, its not shifted at all. I'm wondering whether once I have Egg paid off if they'll then give me a card (I got caught up in the whole Egg debacle where they took people's cards off them)? If they do and its a better rate I can transfer the debt from my other card and start working on that. What do you think my chances are?CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J0 -
not sure on your chances, you may be better off asking on the credit card threads for their opinion.
i'm sure your snowball will significantly change when you can get rid of/clear the 30% card. I never did get the hang of the snowball thing because mine were loans rather than credit cards, i just kept my spreadsheets going0 -
I have a few that are round the 30% mark LT. I'm hoping once egg is paid that that £100 extra will make a difference.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Thanks LT, am pretty tired this morning. Was up till past midnight finishing off a christmas card order. Have done 2 snowglobe cards, 1 robin and 1 santa in 3D. My former boss gave me a voucher for 25% off in hobbycraft so off there at lunchtime to get some glitter (after the white/silver stuff).
OH has given me his bank card to get out the money he owes me (£65), so will take £70 and give him £5 back. Paid for his Christmas pressie last night which arrived its a LOTR print (£25) and he got it framed (which cost me £44) so all in all its been a VERY expensive week.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Sometimes it all gets bit much Uni. You might feel better after a good cry. Hope you have a good weekend.

Well done on the crafting Unix, the cards sound FAB! :T:T
Take care of yourself over the weekend, do things you wants to do, and if that is having a good cry, then do so. Sometimes it's better to just let it all out.
Have a few ((((hugs)))) from me

Thanks guys. Very little sleep and working today, I could do without it tbh (and OH has made arrangements for us to go to our friends this evening for a meal without asking, thinking I cant cancel without it looking bad) but it is extra dosh which I could seriously do with (Egg etc).CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera.
