I have a moon cup, and have made my own washable pads, and find them brilliant! Would never swop back to bleached unorganic non-degrable pads or tampons! And when I have children, I will be using Cloth nappies as well :)

Yes Helenhugs-Im on my 4th month of the mooncup and I used a couple of tampons this time as I had to go out and knew there was no suitable place to empty the mooncup(well I always want to use a loobrush after)and no handy basin to wash it. Well as you say-I thought it was also drying. This is one of the reasons Id given the mooncup a go in the beginning as I was aware of the drying effects recently. Well this time I really did not like the tampons! I will always keep a few for such occasions but not for normal use-they are horrible. So nice not to have a string too!

Hi, I also have some pads from Lunawolf (lovely aren't they!) One side of the pad is completely plain with no stitching, whereas the other side has a pad shape stitched onto it. The stitched side is the one facing up, up against you. Also, she has stitched her logo onto the underneath, just make sure you can't see it when you plonk it on your undies.
    Hope this helps.
