    Evening all

Just come back from shopping, nuked a meal in the microwave (though I really wanted to order a pizza) and now watching BBC 2 - very good programme. I must go through my 6 years worth of statements!

Oh dear, I've spent some money on myself :o I have been feeling rather pants recently, and have realised that if i wear clothes that don't fit/are falling apart it makes me worse. My friend says I wear trousers that are 'weekenders', i.e. they are too short (I'd never heard of this phrase before). So, I was very good and only looked for long size (secret) trousers. No I didn't got into Next (but will try that in the future, thanks gingin, shez and taplady), managed to get 3 pairs in M&S (sparkly ones didn't fit - doh), a pair of boots in Clarks (mine are about to fall apart) and naughtily bought a bag in the Clarks sale. Add to that a top from New Look fro tomorrow's party and it's lots and lots of money!! Feel bad, but then realise also I need to feel good about myself by wewaring some nice clothes.

Office lunch/party tomorrow then a party in the evening! Gosh I am jealous of everyone who talks about their lovely house, especially when I see the views of penine :)

    MP xx
