Hi this is where I found the recipe for the truffles. I added 3 tablespoons of dark rum after I had mixed in the cream. You also have the option to whisk halfway through, which I did. No idea if it helped though!

After I had moulded them I rolled some in cocoa powder, some in coconut and the rest in vermicelli. I was going to roll some in icing sugar but I had ran out. HTH

I always use Play dot com as it has free postage plus if you buy through Quidco you get money back as well!! Amazon you pay postage and don't get cash back that I'm aware of.

Also you will not regret buying Bridesmaids - I watched it on a long haul flight and laughed all the way to the Far East!!
