I think that Booie won't mind if I tell you that he got a first written warning and reinstated, and the final allegation appeared to be "he was stupid" (which I wasn't aware was a disciplinary allegation at all, or else half the country would be up on it). Her son is now considering his options, which are basically to return to work (but he is rather scared of that); to appeal and to simulatneously submit a claim for unfair dismissal under breach of trust and confidence. At this stage he knows all the options and the risks of them, and it has to be his decision - it is, after all, his job.0

I have to say that if I was in this position, I'd be submitting the claim, as I certainly wouldn't want to go back there. It all depends on if he enjoys his job and can work with those people again, I guess.0 -
Only half? :rotfl: I think you could have every single one of my colleagues for stupidity at times, and you could certainly have me on an 'off' day!and the final allegation appeared to be "he was stupid" (which I wasn't aware was a disciplinary allegation at all, or else half the country would be up on it).Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
