Coming from the brilliant police officer who avoids confrontation etc. Now resorting to name calling. :rotfl:

No wonder the Tesco manager asked you to leave the store if that is the level of your communication skills.

Even if you have "!!!!!!!! all idea" about motoring offences, even common sense would tell you that it is not the Tesco Managers responsibility, and even if it was what exactly would he be able to do without any proof, they are just rambling allegations from an arrogant, self opinionated off duty (brilliant) police officer and his two friends, the vicar and the doctor.

You stick to blocking roads and getting thrown out of Tesco, it really looks like your methods are working well. :D

You seem to have glossed over the rest of my post and just focused on the fact you are a moron.

I did not think the Tesco manager enforced the traffic law, but I did think a local resolution was better. Obviously you know better.

They are not allegations they are a fact, but hey you have no idea about that...

Yes but what if I were to tell you that every single person who has worked in retail management (in a location that deals with vast amounts of people) will have have had someone told them they shouldn't be in the job. What might that tell you about the people (like you*) who come out with that?

*the guy who also cherry picks professions that are apparently better than others.

Obviously including the one you're in...

    Charming guy isn't he!!!!!

So does the government. Ever apply for a passport/driving licence?

I think the point of mentioning the deputation's professions was not necessarily to try and impress with the professions per se but more to point out that the people in question were matures, articulate, adults who would be expected to state their case calmly and reasonably. Whereas three random individuals might have been overly aggressive or put the manager's back up in some other way.

Your opinion actually, but as you are a self professed brilliant police officer I guess the lines get blurred between fact and opinion.

I quoted the whole post and replied to it in it's entirity, I did not gloss over a single point.

You wanted the HGVs to stop driving down the street in the village where you live.

I suggested that turning up unnanounced and ranting at a tesco manager may not be the best way to go about it. Obviously it wasn't as the tesco manager had you removed from the store! :rotfl:

Being I police officer, I believed it would have been basic knowledge that the police deal with traffic and road regulations. In your case, I was wrong!

You thinking that a local resolution is better, is quite frankly stupid, or should I say that your idea of a resolution being confronting a tesco manager, is stupid. Is that what the police now suggest, taking the law into their own hands and confronting people to sort out police matters?

Going vigilante and confronting the tesco manager, with your two cronies, the gp and vicar, obviously didn't solve your problem, did it?!

No! That is exaclty what they are, allegations.

They are not fact, just your unfounded allegations.

For such a brilliant police officer to even make such comments, is just laughable really.

Yes, but to the Tesco Manager, that is all that they were, 3 random individuals.

If the OP wanted to confront the tesco manager as a police officer, he should have done so while on duty.

If I were the tesco manager, and I really was that bothered about these 3 random people ranting about a hgv driving down a street, I think there would be a case here of reporting the off duty police officer for abusing his "powers". (or at least trying and failing anyway) :rotfl:

Thank you that is of great use to me.

The store manager was a knob to be frank who denied it happens.

Whilst this may be true...are you the police officer, the GP or the vicar?? :rotfl::rotfl: language most unbecoming of any of these credible professions! ;)

eta: oh i see, the police officer...sorry hadn't got to that chapter when I commented

Why would I have done so while on duty, I am not a police officer in the force that polices my village, I am not an officer who is trained to deal with such matters.

I am unsure how I have "abused my powers"? And as a detective I almost never wear uniform to work, I have all the rights of a police officer while in plain clothes, on duty or off.

You seem to have glossed over my post and just focused on one point which was a reply to another user.

Are the HGVs still driving down your street? Are you still banned from Tesco? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
