Tesco a rant

  • I hate Tesco's the most out of all the major supermarkets and boycott them and encourage everyone else too.

They make billions of profit and sell rubbish. They have different prices in their large supermarkets compared to the little shops that are in every single nook and cranny of this country now - they should sell everything at the same price in all their shops in my opinion, but it's only profit to them, nothing more.

If you want something done, BOYCOTT them and encourage everyone else to do so - when they see profits dropping, then they will start to take notice, not before - because that is Tesco.

I certainly would not boycott Tesco over it, it sounds a little extreme to me. Sure Tesco profit hugely from selling rubbish, much the same as Asda, Morrisons, Sainsburys or even Aldi. Nobody is forced to shop at these stores and are free to choose one over the other.

Why would they want to do that? I mean using a bit of common sense would be too difficult for this lot.

It is much better to park cars causing an obstruction (which in itself is a motoring offence), start arguing with HGV drivers in the street, start arguing with a tesco manager in store, that is a much better way to stop the HGVs driving down their street.

Remember they are a police officer and they are brilliant, so they know best. ;)

The OP describe themselves as a brilliant police officer, yet they don't even know that the police deal with motoring offences, rather than a tesco manager. :rotfl:

You're a moron, I deal with a very specific area of policing, I have !!!!!! all idea about motoring offences simply because I haven't dealt with one for more than 15 years.

So they'd end up selling stuff just as cheap in the local small shops as in the large Supermarkets?

That would completely kill anything independent thats left on the high streets and just have large companies running everything, is that actually what you want?

Basically you've said you hate Tesco...but have come up with a brilliant idea to make them even more powerful!

Let me guess.. You are the School Liaison Officer?

Could you ask for unofficial advice from a colleague in the Traffic Unit?

Too right! Now we've got vicars and quacks on our side, and can even call on right-wing cops like CWCDiver to blockade the streets, it's finally time for Direct Action..

Storm the stores! Riot in the aisles! Overturn the muffins. Puncture all the milk. Thaw the frozen meat. Trample down the veg. This is WAR ON TESCO!

No not schools, I am in forensics and disaster victim identification... And prior to that I was head of a covert policing team.

Coming from the brilliant police officer who avoids confrontation etc. Now resorting to name calling. :rotfl:

No wonder the Tesco manager asked you to leave the store if that is the level of your communication skills.

Even if you have "!!!!!!!! all idea" about motoring offences, even common sense would tell you that it is not the Tesco Managers responsibility, and even if it was what exactly would he be able to do without any proof, they are just rambling allegations from an arrogant, self opinionated off duty (brilliant) police officer and his two friends, the vicar and the doctor.

You stick to blocking roads and getting thrown out of Tesco, it really looks like your methods are working well. :D
