Count me in for July at £200 again, maybe I'll manage it this time.:AWonderfulLife:A0

Hi guys, I keep reading this and thinking I have got to do something and never do so here it is, I don't know how much I spend each month and really need to keep track and spend less. Please put me down for £400 for july which actually doesn't start til the 8th for us, this is for 2 adults, 2 children one of which has all jars of baby food as our freezer is useless with prepared food so I can't prepare my own for her, 2 dogs, 2 gerbils and a rabbitTo get to Disneyland Florida 20160

well i have completely lost track of my spending this month
i do know its higher than i planned. my whole budget this month has gone @rse over t!t. DH spent £60 plus on food for sports day at school ( i know i will get this back eventually) DD2 is doing slimming world so i have had to buy mu!!er light yogs and @lpen bars which are really dear
I hadnt budgeted for car tax this month , the fridge freezer broke down and had to buy another, my car has broken down and i am dreading the cost of that. we dont have any savings left so it will have to go on a CC
working tax credits have been stopped , so i am at my wits end , DD2 wll just have to manage her diet without fancy stuff, and i will look at weezls cheap family recipes for july0 -
Hi guys(and gals!) been on holiday for the past week so spending has been ramped up due to meal out etc, but if i can put that aside and base it purely on stuff bought for home-munching I'll need to add an extra £30 for the weeks food spend and another £5.27 for milk and bits for when we got back to the rent-in-laws yesterday. That takes total to £216.45/£200...ouch! :(and still another week to go! :S
I think I'll stick to£200 for july for now, but will be back to confirm!

sistercas - huge hugs, we have a big car bill too. Slimming World is doable cheaply if you try. Instead of her alpens she can have wheetabix (or generic versions) or sugar free muesli (the basic one in Mr S is sugar free I think). Basic low fat yoghurt instead of the Mullers? Value frozen mixed veg, etc.
I have lost track a little but think I am on £281 at the moment. Need cat biscuits today, and layers pellets for the hens which will burn quite a bit.'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0
