@welshdebtor - do you mean start a new thread because this one is offending you? If so, why are you taking part? That doesn't mean that I am not sensitive to your loss - that is a terrible thing.

It has also been made clear that the lesson has been learnt...so I'm not sure I understand the point you are making?

No not at all. I meant it in the manner of someone who may have advice for you may miss points etc.
Here to learn and pass on my experiences.
Had a total of £8200 of debt written off due to harassment during 2010 and 2012.

The temp or type of container the drink was in does not matter. My workmate was killed by a cold drink in the same sort of container.

Tyres can blow on empty roads in dry conditions. Perfect conditions sadly do not 100% wipe out accidents.

If you do get anything in the post and need advice then it might be best to start a new thread.

As what happened to me in the middle lane of a motorway in my company transit (Coming off one motorway onto another outside Belfast, one leg goes onto Newtownabby & it splits & another leg goes off to Antrim) which scared the !!!! out of me.

The son of a friend of mine went into the back of the car in front when he dropped his cigarette between his legs whilst driving thru the town.

This thread has been educational for me to say the least....and as I say, delighted to have learnt before causing an accident...

I'm pleased that the thread has had a positive outcome.

However it is quite troubling that it has taken a thread on an internet message-board to enlighten you that driving at 90mph while drinking coffee could lead to an accident. One would hope that this would be a fairly elementary conclusion for the majority of people. :)
