Have booked my hols :j Week in Spain, 22nd Sept - time to start thinking about some goddessing!

Should be my 'not a date' tomorrow but it's gone a bit quiet and no arrangements made Couple of general texts last night though! Have painted my toenails and been on the sunbed just in case

Am off to a spa for the day on Thursday

Love the sound of holidays, spa days & new outfits.

I'm reserving judgement on the non-date. Do hope it works out for you I will be cross with this mystery man if he lets you down & upsets you again.

I am exactly the same with the 'been good, got results so now time for naughty things diet :wall:.

I have managed to regain half of the half stone I lost, so consequently my jeans are too tight for me to wear without feeling very self conscious & I'll be panicking about having nothing to wear again when autumn appears.

Time to break the cycle :mad:

Agree about breaking the cycle - 4 weeks to my hols and 8lbs to my (first) target to take me into the next stone - that's doable right???

I am not on the 'not a date'! Believable (and checkable) excuse though - and a 'we'll do it another time' so am OK about it! Defo not a date though, just friends

Treated myself to a magazine and a pizza

Am off work now, and have my spa day tomorrow. Hopefully it will be the kickstart, along with my holiday, that I need to work on the 'new me' that was supposed to be the purpose of this diary!
