YES!YES!YES! AMAZING book I read it during the Christmas holidays last winter mostly on the sofa at my mothers with a duvet and hot water bottle because we were snowbound. I only heard last week that there was a film, I'm definitely going to see it.

Yes, I'm fine thanks Riots are about 4 miles from me but I haven't been affected

It took me a little while to get into it at the start, I was a few chapters in before I was totally hooked on it.

Had my nails done after work, not much else going on! Off to bed to actually read my book - not spend 2 hours on the phone!

Hi lovely,

glad you've not been affected by riots & have done your shoe looting i a very socially responsible & economical way .

They look fab, but slightly intimdating.

My local library assistant has been trying to get me to read that book for about a year, but it's always out on loan to someone ... will be scouring charity shops for a copy & refuse to watch the film until I have read it.

Interestingly ( for me anyway) I just could not read The Time Travellers Wife which people raved about ... but absolutely loved the film.

Only got a few pages into the book then fell asleep!

Off to a fancy dress party tomorrow so dashing straight from work today to sort out a costume!

Then nothing else planned this evening as my friend I was meeting has cancelled as she's not well. Think I will do some pampering and have an early night - tomorrow could be a late one!
