So does a Berlingo car qualify as a van for the purposes of the law? If so it explains a lot.

The Nazi that took the course was very clear as we challenged him on this (I sited such things as railway vans, the Ford Transits that have a second row of seats) and he said 'if it's a van it's 50'. Hence now I really annoy people when driving the works VW Crafter at 50MPH on the A46/A52 sometimes... Reminds me of a time driving home from work at 6am at [strike]80[/strike] 60 mph - following someone in a work's van doing the same speed.
Other drivers weren't surprised when he overtook, but when the Picanto followed him........ :rotfl:0 -
