how are you using your weekly points?
Red wine I'm afraid! I am guilty of being a weekend binger so on a Saturday night I will drink at least a whole bottle and then Sundays will do the same with my dinner. My bad.
At least I have stopped drinking during the week - i realised that I was consuming over 100 points a week in wine alone! I think thats why i put the 3 stone on in the first place...
you are eating way more than me, I have to say. I am going to have to sit down and plan out a whole week's worth of meals otherwise i tend to stick with the few things I know the points value of!0

Hi everyone - can I join in please? I'm joining Weight Watchers tomorrow so will post my starting weight after my weigh in. My target weight is 9 stone 7 and I think I'll have about 18 pounds to lose. I did Weight Watchers 5 years ago and reached my target weight then so I know I can do it. Looking forward to checking in with you all on here and hearing all your weight loss tips. So do you have a monthly 7lb challenge? Sounds like a good idea to me.Sober October = 0 alcohol free days
Weight lost so far = 0lb
No spend days so far = 00

Hi, I'd like to join please. I'm just calorie counting, aiming for 1500 - 1600 a day. I'm a really fussy eater, so this gives me more flexibility to eat the foods I know I like than a more structured plan. I've also recently taken up running again, as I'm doing the Race for Life in July. My starting weight is 206.5lbs . I'm supposed to be about half this!0

My start weight will be 13st 2lbs. Good luck everyone. xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!
