Thanks Woo, well done for going to the gym! I am not too good at motivating myself to go the gym so we exercise in the house (I have step box, exercise DVDs, a bike and a Wii - all purchased many years ago prior to having debts lol).
My OH is lovely, I fear he may get fed up of me being moan a minute at times but he doesn't show it if he does
Anyway, off to face the wrath of my boss, I am hoping she has had a couple of cups of coffee before I talk to her, she's worse pre-caffeine lol

Happy Friday All :j
I am always chirpy on a Friday and today is no exception, although I am just the teensiest shade hungover this morning. I know, how is it possible to be hungover (and therefore have purchased alcohol) when DDs are being returned?? Well my OH decided to treat me to a £3.99 bottle of wine (I have given up my weekly treat of a wee bottle of wine for obvious reasons) . I weakly protested that we should keep the money for something else but to be honest, caved in pretty quickly :rotfl: So this morning I am tired and a wee bit headachy but I had a nice evening, although no exercise was done.
No items sold on eBay last night. I kept on getting more watchers throughout the day so that was v disappointing but there is always the next time, fingers crossed they sell next week.
Well I must crack on with work, irritatingly enough I have tons to do today - but given my ever so slightly hungover status, that is a good thing in order to keep me going throughout the day.
Have a good day all,

I need to get off my bum and ebay too!
From the ebay thread on here (there's a really funny one called things you thought you couldn't sell!) starting listings on a Thursday night for 10 days is the best way to sell.
Apparently that's best cause it means people will see your stuff over 2 weekends and it will end on a Sunday night which is meant to be one of the best nights for people bidding.Debt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j0 -
That's a good tip Beccie, thanks for that, I will give it a shot next time then x0

Morning All,
We have a very excited newly 4 year old boy running about this morning. He's already had a shot of his toys and is making a lego car with his Daddy now. I'm really chuffed he's having such a nice morning.
My OH is v proud and can't believe his wee boy is getting bigger!
On the MSE front we are on track for an NSD. The presents were bought during the week, there's food in the freezer and petrol in the car and my mum is treating us to a chippie tonight to save me any hassle after all the excitement of his party earlier on.
Have a good day all

Afternoon All,
The weekend was hectic what with the wee one's party and all the relatives coming round to see him too. He had a great time though so it made dealing with OH's ex for extended periods of time worthwhile
We spent yesterday restoring order to the house and catching up on loads of wee jobs that we never seem to get around to. I also got 2 lots of vouchers from doing surveys in the post so one got spent on petrol and the other on a bit of food to top up supplies.
DDs still not paid, not sure if they will have been re-presented yet or not. Not much I can do I suppose until OH is paid and then I can see what I can get sorted out, horrible feeling though and the bank charges I have incurred are pretty horrendous. Ho hum, not all months on this journey can go to plan - this one has been a humdinger but I need to remember that this is not the case all the time and we are down in the dumps this month cos we are not used to things being like this.
Onwards and upwards, this horrible month will be over soon enough!

Hi Jules
Sounds like the vouchers were much needed!
