Well done on making so many changes in a year!

I've been around a year too and like you, my life feels much more manageable now. I find it astonishing to think how little idea I had of how much money was coming in and going out a year ago.

My aim for the next year is to start thinking about the mortgage.

And I could do with that chain letter too so make sure to forward it to me!

In my heart I go with seaxwyn (how do you pronounce that?)

I had to look it up myself - it's the name of an Anglo Saxon queen - and apparently would be pronounced as three syllables: say-ax-win

How I wish I'd chosen a more pronounceable name!
    Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.62

say-ax-wyn......now I have been saying it all this time as "see-cross-win"

Anyway, what a difference a year makes! Wonder what we will all be posting in 12 months time!
