Hi KC - what do you do down in London? Is that 5 hours sleep because you gotta get up, or because you can't sleep? Lots of questions this morning

Hiya - I'm a therapist, and once a week I see clients in London instead of in my home town. I recently realised that it sounds a lot better when you say (airily, of course), "oh yes, I have a therapy practice in London". :rotfl:

The sleep......... well, I get up at around 6.30 every day to train myself into started spread betting (thats a long, long story) and its so well established I can't break it, even when I go to bed at 1am (late cos I work the Friday evening, and it takes time to get back). :eek:

You'll have to tell me all about your long spread betting story one day. I'm an early riser too - I like the peace and quiet of the morning and can get loads more done. Well as long as I stay away from MSE!

Forgot to add that according to my 'don't break the chain' I've been getting things done for 47 days straight (its words not mine). Cool. 47 days of dieting - only about a million more to go. This time next year blah blah blah. Mind you it is 'this time next year' for DFW and I've managed to stick with it.

Also, its been over a year with 'Getting Things Done' which has completely transformed my life (thank you David Allen). I still recommend it to all.

I've just received a 0% offer from Halifax which I chucked straight into the bin/shredder. Thinking about it maybe I should have given it more thought as I could have transferred the remaining £2k from the Mint which is at 21.9% :eek: Doh! Sloooow down and think...

Then again, there was probably a catch as they seemed to be promoting the fact that I could choose the colour of the card over the apr. ahhh, shall I get a nice pink one?

Have a great time in Spain GTD.........as for you being in the middle of nowhere and being weaned off MSE for a few days......whilst on holiday this year and also last year in Spain, I sneaked off to the hotel computer with internet access and popped a couple of euros in just to see what was going on in MSE land.......:cool:

Thanks Keren - I'm sure you were just looking to seem if there were any great MSE offers near where you in Spain. Purely practical. Not addicted at all
