Hi GTD, feel a little better but still no energy which is making me feel horrible, is awful i tell ya awful!! send some of that spanish sun back our way to warm me cockles!!
I can't believe you are leaving your OH to pack! typical male! ;-) My OH does exactly the same and invariable forgets to tell me he wanted x aftershave or x pair of shorts!!! gah!! he he !

Purely for the log - I lost 1 lb this week, so that's £10 into the ing account. £130 in there now, so really close to the first stone. However, I'm a complete foodie when it comes to Spanish food (and wine) so there's naff-all chance of me losing that extra lb next week. yum. must do some work now!!!

yes but look at it this way, spanish tapas are tiny and very filling despite being so yummy so stick to food like that, and paella too. you may be suprised, and if not? hell, everyone deserves a break sometimes.
