Back home now. Weather was unexpectedly fantastic - sunny and blue skies every day. The food was great - my kinda thing. Was really difficult leaving this morning, and I've got to work out a plan to go back there.

Right - need to get back into the money-making groove (and out of the money-spending groove). Almost everything is e-bayed now, but just found a leather jacket under the stairs that I used to wear it on my 'motorbike' when I was 16, and it still fits!

Just that 'Sunday-evening' feeling before going back to work to get over now...

I can't believe you are leaving your OH to pack! typical male! ;-) My OH does exactly the same and invariable forgets to tell me he wanted x aftershave or x pair of shorts!!! gah!! he he !

Guess who forgot my shorts!! gah!! Oh well, I had my swimming trunks (not speedos tho!) so I was alright

Hi KC! Still fits - even after the Spanish food. I know I know. Actually, isn't that a bit odd? Also - I was a veggie back then, but it was the Spanish food that turned me back to my meat eating ways, just a few years ago...

Now thats a bit odd - Spanish food isn't far from the old peasant cooking, filling up with everything else and stretching the meat/fish. Fancy it turning you away from veggiedom! Ah well, we win some, we lose some.

KC - Veggie for 20 years, but it was the lure of the old Spanish peasant cookery that was far too strong...

Hypno - 'fraid not; really were in the middle of nowhere, and I need to get matched betting. Excuses excuses I know - what am I like...

taxi - Hi! I hear things are going well for you - good work! I'm just concerned that I haven't grown since I was 16 - isn't that a bit weird? Maybe it was too big back in the day.


Just to add that I sent a message on facebook that I shouldn't have to a friend of my OH. Groan, what am I like??? Well I was drunk, but that's no excuse...
