Hmm.... I think one of the problems with Facebook is the "ease" at which you can speak to people. Nice when it is all good.....not so nice when it all backfires. At least with MSE you have NO idea (more or less) who you are speaking to, so not so many problems on that front.

I know what you mean. I've not posted anything I wouldn't want her to see, it's just the fact that I was messaging without her knowing.

I don't actually know if my OH reads this (she know's I'm a DFW-addict!) because it would be really easy to work out who I am (I'm also a Getting Things Done addict too!). I always assume she's reading it - in fact she might be posting on here too... yikes!

Put on 2lbs :eek: after one week holiday, and managed to lose 1lb this week, so just need to lose 2lbs this week to get down to losing my first stone.

Going to start matched betting now

2lbs is really not that bad, considering holidays are normally food fests! You will lose that with no effort I am sure!

Morning hypno - I am having a good weekend now

I was a little surprised about the 2lbs though because I thought I was eating/drinking relatively sensibly; but I think it gives me an insight into the discipline I'll need to have post-diet.

I'm still really happy with the diet-plan (day 63 today) as I can live with it and I'm actively enjoying being a bit hungry. It also fits really well with our DFW-ness, and I am feeling a difference in the fit of my clothes etc. Just another 6 months to go :eek:

As to the 100 ideas - I nicked that idea from http://litemind.com/tackle-any-issue-with-a-list-of-100/ which gives a bit of an insight into why 100. I think I'll have a stab at it this morning on 'pen-and-paper' and post anything unusual/interesting/funny that comes up.

I tried getting started with matched betting - got betfair, but need to fax/email id as credit card wouldn't go through (for id) and I was already signed up with Coral through bloomin' Gala Bingo, so I don't think I qualify there. Grrrr. So who knows... Actually, I guess I should take this to the other board.

I'm funding it today, tho it won't be taken out of my account till tomorrow, of course, being Sunday right now (it is Sunday, isn't it? ) (Yes. Okay then. Onwards and upwards:D ). What bets could you make today if you could? I'll see if I can find them on betfair and whoever - thats what I need to practise, and to make sure I'm looking at the right boxes. I think you're a bit ahead of me with actually doing the m.b.

I just thought I'd set up the accounts so that I could step through the examples in the instructions (I find it easiest to learn by repeatedly copying something). I was a bit annoyed by the Gala/Coral thing, so I threw my toys out of the pram and didn't actually look at any bets - doh! At least I know that the old Smile account works though.

Aww! That is annoying, actually, everyone goes on about how great the Coral bet is. I must remember that about Gala. Just closing down mse now to move money around in my accounts, then off for a rest (so I don't get sick again). Have a good day!
