We had a lovely time at our registrar's yesterday.

We went through our music, chose our vows etc. she said we could have the reading our friend is doing, explained the timings of things - what time I come down from our room etc, it was just lovely.

We have picked the shortest ceremony possible and she joked it'll be over in 5 mins and she can have a flyer that day.

    1 month to go!
Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....

I think I'm stressing more now over going away than what I would be if we were staying home!

Never mind - six weeks tomorrow!

I had an amzing time. Witness and MOH stayed out of each others way and no one would have noticed anything.

The spa was lovely, but I just wanted to go to sleep! Cocktail maiking lesson was brill and I would highly recommend.

The evening BBQ cruise was fab too. I spent the night on the dance floor.

MrsC try to relax and enjoy it, it will all work out (or so I keep telling myself :) )

Pleased it went well, spending all night on the dance floor sounds like your foot is healing well (or that you're determined to enjoy it and spent the next few days with ice packs - hopefully the former)

I now have someone to give me away on dads behalf (since he 'can't' come with us). He went last night and asked my best friends partner if he would do the honours, even after me telling dad not to bother asking anyone, my friend was going to hold my hand and keep me steady!

I would have like to have been a fly on the wall during that conversation.

Nuatha.....trying to relax, not sure when I will actually be able to!

74jax, glad you had a great time, your forms want take long to be processed and you'll have the important docs in your hand in no time!
