Hello everyone. I am new to this thread but not new to MSE though i don't post much. I'm not a very good OSer but I read every day.
Just wanted to say to Dazi that I'm certain we live in the same town, so if you did want a chat, feel free.
Also think JackieO lives where I did until I was about 15 or at least very close to there.
Will try to join in when I have anything useful to say....0 -

Evening All
Hope Daisy continues to improve. Well done to Holly, JO and good luck to EG for the interview (which you will have had by now) and to all the exam takers. Hugs to those with money or health worries.
Well I went for an informal chat about a job today after my 'real' work and was offered the job! I start on Monday with a training shift during the day and will then be on the turn-down team for a very posh place on Tuesday! Been given the uniform and everything!! Didn't have time to think about it really but the extra money will be very handy as we are beginning to tighten our belts a bit too much.
Going down south for a couple of days tomorrow after school (It's our half term) to visit family so have left DD pizzas in the freezer as she will be here on her own. Washing up to date and house reasonably tidy for a change. Just need to put a few things in a bag and I will be ready. Going to stay with an aunt and be thoroughly spoilt for the weekend. Think my cousin's nose is a little out of joint as she doesn't always get on with her mum and I have chosen to stay with her instead of my cousin this time. They only live round the corner from each other and my cousin will be at work most of the time so I will get to see her in the evenings. I only end up cleaning if I stay with her anyway!
Enjoy your evenings, take care. XX0 -
