the women on phone just said sorry i confirn with her that i would not get charged for them i didn't say i had ordered the online or anythhin just said they were missing from parcel and she said they would getthem out today0 -
I had to say how I ordered in order for her to find the order on the computer0

I too received an email from Avon this morning letting me know I will not be getting my order.
Oh Well I have enough gifts for everyone now so I am not too bothered. I have a £40 order in with my local agent anyway~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Me and my daughter did an order each. She just ordered 2 bubble baths and has received the email saying it is cancelled because of the error. I ordered 2 bubble bath plus a couple of other bits and I've had no email, just despatched one. I guess they are only sending the cancellation email to folk who just ordered the bubble bath?
