Well, the contents of my post of Tuesday would appear that Avon have no leg to stand on by not sending out the bubble bath with the other paid for item? Mine is also out for delivery xxx

well my order arrived but with no bubble bath called customer services and they say enclosing the note covers them...

I never know wether to believe that they have to give you the goods if they have charged you, especially when really haven't charged for the bubble bath because it came to £0 when it should not have done. Are they obliged to send something that you are not actually paying for anyway??

I'm not too bothered about the bubble bath, but I am really interested to know the legal ins and outs on this one.

What really concerns me is that any tom, !!! and harry could have my personal details by now!!!

Its really unerving that my name and address is available to all and sundry!! :mad:

well I received my order today minus bubble baths. The stupid thing is the bubble bath is on the receipt.

I only ordered 2 bottles, but am worried that everyone can see my details. Can someone tell me how to check, Im not interested in looking at everyone elses orders just to see how easy it is for someone to get my details. I havent received an email yet saying they arent sending it!#
