Got a Dear John email form Avon today, basically saying they spotted the error and if I still want bubble bath, will have to order again and PAY!

I wonder what it will take for Avon to actually take action to secure their site (it is STILL unsecure!). Maybe they are that money hungry for xmas orders that they have decided it will cost too much to pull the site for a few hours and fix the piggin' problem?! Can't wait for my parcel to arrive and already have the complaint letter composed in my head! xxxIf we all lived to the rule 'an eye for an eye', the world would be blind...0

got my parcel today no bubble bath in (6 bottle) but was on shipping note phoned them up they sending all 6 out to me today should get them in 3- 5days i just told them they were missing from parcel0

I got half way through filling in the online form and decided I will need to email Avon and get a response from them myself.

Just got this mail from them:
"Dear Avon Customer
I am writing to advise you of a technical error that occurred on our
website and affected your recent order.
When you selected your choice of products, the offer for 500ml Avon
Bubble
Bath was clearly stated as £4.00 or ' Buy two choose 2nd free'.
However, when your selection was added to your shopping basket, both
items
appeared as free. This genuine error means that we are unable to
process
your order and I would like to apologise for the inconvenience this
may
cause. The error has now been rectified. If you wish to take advantage
of
the 'buy one get the same one free' bubble bath offer, please go onto
the
website and re-submit your order.

twizzels - I tried phoning and saying it was missing and they said that it was a mistake on the website and although it was on the receipt they didn't charge me for it. She said if you still want them to go and re-order them.0
