These guys don't even respond to emails or letters. Just totally ignore everything I send to them.
I hope they go bankrupt, but not before I've taken them to Small Claims Court.

I had problems with my third payment being delayed back in september and no replies to my emails. I managed to find the email address of the general manager of mibileshop and emailed him direct to say I wasn't happy. Result - got a phonecall the next day from cs apologising and a cheque sent out by first class post.
Its time for my final payment soon.....wonder whether it will work again!0 -

Interesting view but not the same company - The Mobs is the not the same as Mobileshop. Also it is never good for anyone if any of these companies go bankrupt (least of all the customers).

Iv'e received my payments so far but they have been a week or so late...but hey as long as I get them I'm happy!0

Having read this thread I was very worried that I wouldn't be seeing any of my cash back. However I got an email today saying that the money would be with me very shortly and is bang on time (60 days).
It's only the first of 4 so I'm not counting my chickens yet but so far Mobileshop haven't let me down.
I've also found their customer service to be absolutely top notch as has been mentioned previously.
Sent my second claim in recorded delivery on Saturday first class and it's still saying not received yet. But that could well be down to Christmas post.
So just thought I'd share my experiences. Based on experiences so far I would certainly buy from Mobileshop again.0 -

Well mine is still tracking and what with tomorrow being Saturday and then the month being over, I reckon it's another month :mad:

I've just received my 5th and 6th cash back payment, I have also received my final bill for 2 contracts and will be sending off the last 2 cash back vouchers next week. I've received £540 so far and I'm pretty confident that I'll recieve the last cash back payment for £180.0
