    Finally Done!:T

    Been to court today..,I arrived 30 mins prior to appointment ,were told to take a seat in the waiting area then I was waiting there for 2 hours (!!!) before a lady took me to the first floor,where they checked my forms and I had to hand over the fees and she said she was just going to see the judge. 15 mins or so later she came back and said I have to see the judge.

    It took just 10 minutes and three questions before I was declared bankrupt.:beer:

    I had to wait another 10 minutes,then got my bancruptcy order and the lady said that the OR will give me a call sometime within the next few days.

    Was a strange feeling leaving the court but such a sense of relief.

    Got my letter today, the OR interview is on 17 June. I know that everybody says it's not that bad, but it's still worrying, especially after reading on here that somebody thought he would only have a few pounds left and the OR decided he had to pay £150 pound every month. If my OR decides I have to pay that much I really don't know how to manage. Think I'll just have to hope for the best! Will update after my interview!

    mini, try not to worry, if you dot agree with the OR over an IPA, then you can always question it.
