Hi everyone, thank you for the warm welcome, its so great to have the support of others going through the same thing >
Today is the day I go to court :eek: bit scared, entering the unkown and all that.
I phoned the Co op yesterday and got accepted for a basic bank account.:T Not officially open yet as I have to take id into branch.
As this is not an open account I presume it does not need to feature on the statement of Affairs for OR, which I am handing in today. My question is when should I make the account official? if I do before my actual OR interview am I obliged to declare it or can I not mention it as it was not active at the date of my hearing?0 -

Tell your OR of your basic account and you will be using it for you wages, DD's etc best to be up front. If they ask when you opened it explain as you have here and you should be alright. Let us know how you have got on.
