Sadly I suspect that overenthusiasm has more to do with the overactive thyroid than my natural inclinatiions :rotfl: :rotfl: Which is why I'm taking the beta blockers again :p Will slow me down, but also make me feel a little less hyper and mad :p

Yep, I do have folders, that's one of the things the book says - even if there's just one piece of paper to do with a project at the minute, stick it in a folder, then you've got somewhere else to stick things when they arrive! :T :TAt work I just use those plain card things that fold in 2, at home I use whatever is to hand, mostly old A4 envelopes sliced down the sides :p

Right, at work, exhausted after sleeping only about 6 hours for the 3rd night in a row, and my enthusiasm for trains was seriously waning this morning :rotfl: :rotfl: Task for today is to get on with SOME things, whatever they are :rotfl: and not slide into a pit of despair by mid afternoon :rotfl: :rotfl:

Also to speak to Mr Daffs - I seem to remember he told me a friend was coming to stay tonight when he came in at 2am, but I wasn't really awake enough to pay attention :rotfl: :rotfl: Not that |I can do anything about it from here mind you! Will be getting the early train home so should be back by 7 - might demand that tea is cooked for me today :p We'll see...

I have actual folders, those cheap A4 plastic pocket things. So when I sort through stuff, I can put things that go together into the folders, and can see some of the contents.
I sometimes use just a piece of paper folded in half, I can write a list on it of whats behind it.
But I'm nowhere near organised enough!

Thanks for the feedback on the system.

Cheery, I vote you get tea cooked for you tonight! And don't despair, sweetie, come on here for a rattle! Hope everything goes well today.

Oh dear to hyper activity and little sleep. I love trains too but when I have spent over 20 hours on one in a week it does reduce my enthusiasm a tad. Love the idea of grabbing folders to work on the train. I tend to do work, work but I might just follow suit. I do also like to write personal letters when I am on trains for some reason.

I also vote that you have tea made for you tonight. Or how about a treat of chips from the chippy?

Mmmm chippy chips.... :D Although that's worse than all the cake eating!

Had an 'interesting' morning of teleconferencing :p Scoffing a noodle and a cuppa now - I'm right peckish! :T :T

Gorgeous day out there - sadly my office is in a shady corner and is so cold I'm contemplating putting a cardi on! Might have to get out for a little amble to teh lake this afternoon :j :j :j

Had a cheery meeting (which lasted 15 minutes :D) and a piece of cake on the way out :D So feeling a little more cheery now!

Hopefully will be able to resist the urge to yell when I get home - especially as apparently we have a friend staying...

And they're both going out tonight (apparently) so I will be able to do shred (although perhaps not given Hypno's recent injury ) and have a nice hot bath and an early night :D)
