Made it home now - long day! (well, felt long after two days of sofa loafing! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:) I *so* need to work part time :rotfl: :rotfl: Still, feel vaguely like i've regained my status as a human again

Took lunch with me, and felt very uninspired so went out and bought more lunch Oh dear! But it was rather tasty And today's lunch is still waiting for me tomorrow :rotfl: :rotfl:

OMG, just made amazing friendship cake! My sister gave me the mix last week, I've fed it, nurtured it, split it, distributed it, baked it and now, nom nom nom!

Excellent stuff Ruby! (the cake not the bleary head ) I've had one of those on the go for a few weeks - looking a bit worse for wear as I haven't stirred it for a few days and it's gone a bit thick :rotfl:

Today's news? my blithering operation has been cancelled because of the public sector pension strike :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: How tedious! Rescheduled for 29th Dec - so while it's tedious having to wait another 6 weeks, it means I get to go to the work's Christmas party, and get to start 2012 as I mean to go on - off work, lying on the sofa, having people cater to my every whim :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Tis our 6 year anniversary today But Mr Daffs is off at a band rehearsal, so I'm here with you lot, eating (quorn) sausage and (s)mash again :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
