All the washing dry, folded and put away. I love it when it dries so quickly.

I've cut the grass back and front, it hasn't grown much but I think we're due for rain tonight/tomorrow so it won't hurt to have that done.

    Folded 6 loads of laundry
    2 loads on line
2 loads in WM.. finished now so will be hung out in a sec
    Kitchen swept.

OH did DW and shovelled the mess I swept! and put away the cat food and emptied the composty bins.

veg spring rolls decluttered from fridge.. nom!
box of rubbish thrown out of the bathroom.. I need to take the brush up here... loads of empties flung.

My 2 ebays seem to be doing good.. not much in the way of bids but most stuff has watchers so hopefully I'll be up to half the money for the new pushchair.. :D.. though I am considering scrapping the idea of a double pushchair, using the 2 singles we have already and spending my ebay money on the plastering in the girls room.

Morning all. Not hanging about as OH is hanging around the bed waiting to get going.....cleaning that is!

:rotfl::rotfl:I had wondered - until i read the cleaning bit!! :D

    Good afternoon :)
I have been busy this morning. I have done the bins, cleaned the food bin, washed the LR windows (large bay), dusted, cleaned the back door, put out a bag for charity (not gone yet), picked up poo, cleaned the downstairs loo & basin and made some carrot soup for lunch (went out last night & had too much, so need to be good today :o)

The chocolate cake looked good (DS iced & decorated it - did a good job :)). We put candles on etc, but DD didn't want to cut it 'til DH was home. We then went out, came back late & stuffed and the cake remained uncut 'til this morning!! DS took some to school, so I will ask him how it was. I don't think I should have any (see above!!) i think I might have seconds of soup instead :A

I have one eye on the clock as I have a school run at 1.30. I think I will finish lunch, and then invoice a couple of parents :) It is looking like I may have almost the whole week off next week. that's good for the family, but not so good for the finances
I have the lad coming round to look at the roof at about 2.30 :jHopefully it won't be too expensive :(

    Will update lists later :p

Hugs & spoons to those that need them, esp Greenbee. Look after yourself :)

Eek thats quite a list now :( but on a good note I think I have finally sold our sofas and they might be going tomorrow providing they can get a van tomorrow evening :) That's my living room back in order if they go. So tomorrow I will mostly be shampooing the sofas to make sure they are as clean as they get!

Off to vacuum living room and tidy away fom lunch

  • Gave up on trying to sleep at 5am, so got up, had a shower and brought a cuppa and a sandwich back to bed. Got to DD's alarm going off and promptly fell asleep until 9am.

I need to vacuum everywhere and I need to replant some stuff out the front. But it is so hot at the moment, I don't think the plants would like it. But if I vacuum and then do the plants, I am guaranteed to track soil into the house.

Stuff it. I'm having another cuppa.
