Hiya, we are back from [STRIKE]sunny[/STRIKE] rainy old Ireland intact. I'm going to struggle to catch up with 15 pages of thread, so apologies for that, I'm just going to jump right in if thats ok.

I'm pretty pleased with myself - we landed at 4.30 and before we left I booked my online shop to arrive between 6-8 tonight, so I got in , did a quick wipe down/muck out of the fridge (not too bad as I have been keeping on top og it weekly:D), bunged the shopping in and made tea.:j:j:j:j I even had my veg box on the doorstep already as tuesday is its allotted day:j:j. No last minute running out for milk n bread, no emergency takeaway, just the planned meal:D:D:D. Mind you I forgot to order bread, but I always have a back-up loaf in the freezer these days:cool:. Now, had the volcanic ash cloud not narrowly escaped the midlands and southern Ireland, this would not be such a joyful tale......:p, but there you go, I had the luck with me today!:p

going to crack on properly tomorrow. Washing is top priority, also gardening. I need to finish my ginormous quilt edging to get that sent to little sis, then clear out and clean the front room properly so I can use it for Operation Ebay/Netmums/Freecycle/carboot HQ :D wish me luck! After thats in place I'm planning on doing 5 mins EVERY SINGLE DAY in the loft to get that sorted....

Crowbar and jumpleads and fluffy mules :)
Wow :) Best get some stuff done then :eek: (Actually I could do with something to make this end of the sofa less enticing - mebbe something a little less painful;) )Thanks folks :)

With mother finally off the phone I've done the first wash with the soapnuts - I'm actually kinda impressed :T sorted out stinky running gear :) Washing now hung out, although it'll have to come in before bed

I went to clear a worktop, but ended up having a "moment" and taking it out on the trolly thingy that holds all the bake-ware, satisfying clanginging noise :)
emotional? Me? errr yeah, for some bizarre reason - also cold and shattered more than usual... hmmmm wondering?

    Tea made for us.
    tea done for woggilies
    and chooks.
    Been to Mr A.

will go clear that work top now whilst the kettle boils, Guess I got plenty to do tomorrow, but I hopefully wont have any interruptions ;)

Toots You get folks problems cos you're a lovely person and always willing to help. It's a minor downside of being a blumin nice human bean (yes I meant to put bean - aka Rold Dahl)

Hugs, sticks and spoons all round. And extra cuddles for cowardly hounds :kisses3:

I'm back and fed and off to bed soon. All went ok, but a bit more complicated than planned, so have been told to spend the next two weeks doing not much more than lying on the sofa. I'm bored by the thought of it! Luckily work counts as not doing much, so I don't have the added problem of sick leave.

I smell of hospital, which is horrid, so am debating whether I feel strong enough to have a shower...

Mama well done for planning ahead

Greenbee sending recovery vibes for you, the shower can wait until tomorrow

Spent the last 2 hours watering our garden, neighbours garden and wrapping up my plants. Nearly done just making a couple more bubble wrap sleeves.

Enjoying the first pimms of the year with homegrown mint and strawberries in.
