Change of plan, I am switching days and will be doing the bathroom this afternoon and the LR bits not done yet so that downstairs is completed. Our wedding photographer has suggested coming round this evening and he is so difficult to pin down that I daren't refuse the appointment. Waiting for OH to confirm my time suggestion so will get on and clean while I wait.

OOM~~ I miss read :- Not hanging about as OH is hanging around the bed waiting to get going as 'Not hanging about as OH is hanging around in bed waiting to get going' :rotfl: my mind went into overdirive!

    Lol, sorry about that :p

Managed to get a bit more done than expected. My craft corner hotspot has been tidied up. Still a hotspot but a tidier one. :D

Have completely removed the floordrobe and gone through all my clothes. Now have 5, or was it 6, black sacks full of clothes to decide what to do with. Trouble is I loose weight so need new/old clothes then go and put it all back on again so tend to hang on to stuff as during a year I somehow go up and down between 3 and four dress sizes.

Have a huge pile on the bed to try on and then just need to dus and vacuum.

Nearly didn't get much done at all as OH decided to put something on top of the cupboard above bed but somehow  forgot about the ceiling fan so managed to almost decapitate himself  Luckily he has a hard head so just has a bit of a sore spot now!

Right better get on, loads to do still.

Thank you, but for some reason I thought you lived in / near Guildford! Clearly I was wrong!

You are ment to be resting, not working.
wasn't working hard ... More telling him what to do! He's now on the phone to clients and I'm going to have a sleep in the garden.

Next time you're down this way, hopefully you'll remember!

    note to self page 10

    hello -I'm back

since I had gone in my own car boss let me come home as I would have passed my house one the way to school...about half way and 20 minute journey instead of 45 to school and 25 back home again!

am tired but it was BRILLIANT

I have scrambled up a stream!

mind you ... had a hiccup! I was taking over from the other Y5 teacher and arrived with my stuff last night, as planned and plonked it all in our staff bedroom. We had the evening meal then played 'smuggler's run'. Just before the game the other Y5 teacher left (she doesn't work Wednesdays; I have her class then).
THis morning got up and looked for my car key - no joy. THEN I remembered I had popped it in my hiking boot for safety. Looked for hiking boots. Nothing...
eventually it occurs to me that SHE might well have picked up my boots - and so I phoned, left a message on her machine...she eventually decided it might be urgent, called back and said she had the boots but no key..so then she checked - key AND boots.
Cue mad dash to get my boots and key back to me. I had taken wellies. They were locked in my car!
Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY

Pigpen I'm sure you've been there done that....but I've got 21 months between my 2 and although I had a phil n teds actually a good single you can push easily with one hand and a good comfy sling would have been fine. Most of the time I had one or other in the sling anyway or one walking, one in the sling and pushing an empty double buggy. A mei tei that you could use for either the big one on your back or the little one is ideal. Now we use the phil n teds as a single with a buggy board and either of them might be on the board, in the front or walking and they both still love the sling! I've had lots of different types, but one of the quickest to get them up and down was this one http://www.babyhawk.com/Gallery/ and now I've got a BabyHawk Oh Snap which is more comfy now they are nearly 2 and 3.5 http://www.babyhawk.com/Instructions/OhSnap.aspx There's loads of different types and makes though - I've always bought second hand off the FSOT boards on Natural Mamas.;)

Flying wise - I only got back in at 2 !! just waiting for a delivery of compost from my lovely local gardencentre/hardwear shop and going to hoover and mop downstairs and start on the list upstairs. Off to my tutorial tonight so its going to be late - need to make sure DH is left something edible :)

I can't have a sling due to my back and hips and my muscle problems with my stomach.. I can't actually pick fatwhack up now as my hernia is massive with the added pressure of her 22lb!.. my older ones were permanently in a sling.. DS3 until he was about a year never went in the pushchair as it made him chronically sick!

and I hate with a passion the Bill and Teds pushchairs.. but thank you.. :D:D

More washing out.. more washing in.. I am down to 1 basket in the kitchen from the 5 I had the other day.

Bathroom has been cleaned, decided to tackle the mould on the ceiling...it was surprisingly easy so will try and keep the room aired and keep on top of it. Have put some clean washing away and tidied LR, all I need to do is move the ironing upstairs. Taking a break now until I have heard from OH then may do the ironing. I'm going to leave all other cleaning for the day as I am usually exhausted by 7 and I need to be awake for our meeting. I have Friday off so should be able to catch up then.

First lot of bathroom people have been. OH and I have done some work...

I miss all the gossip, is this a new OH, or the original one who saw the light?

I have scrubbed the sink and sterilised the draining rack thingy, also cleared the kitchen table hotspot and cleaned the table.
