Hey...been with V for 1 year. Bill £65 (inc around £5-£7 calls a month). G/F finished her work contract. phoned to cancel-no deal offered. Canx date put in.
We had-1 x v+hd box, 2 standard v boxes, 'L'(i think-could be 'm'10mbps) BB, free w/end calls & landline-XL tv.
Retentions called back. Offered tivo, to keep current v+ box (collect one old v box) & v box, xl package, free w/end calls, 10mps bb-£38-99 a month TOTAL (exc card charges). & inc line rental-£50 install as a 1 off. Refused this-they then offered 325 one off fee-which we've taken. More than happy!!!0
