iv had a security guard follow me around and be at the end of most isles on 4 different occasions so today i got brave and decided to confront him(iv never done anything like this before but felt i had no choice)
i expected him to say sorry for making me feel like this and he was just doing his job but i guess he didnt like me doing this
i asked him was there a problem to which he got his back up and started to argue with me in the store:o:o
iv never felt so small in all my life:(
i got outside in the car then it hit me i was shaking and crying dont think i will be ever going that store again
like i said iv never done this before iv never even wrote a letter of complaint (dont know were to start)as i usually just leave things(hate confrontation)

yes put shopping through and give them the voucher , don't use ss
since alarm bells start ringing lol no you need to get everybody and his mother to sort it , then find it has to be void and done at another till, or at least thats what happens to me0 -

What I have always done is to wait until my food has been scanned and I've been given a total, take out my voucher (which I fold up with the receipt inside so save me losing either
) open it out and remove the receipt, keeping it easy to access in my hand, and give the voucher to the cashier. Sometimes they ask to see receipt sometimes not.
I don't do this to deceive but I have found in the past that SA's are happy to put through a voucher, but when confronted by a voucher+receipt sometimes they get confused and press the button for backup costing you time and possibly a trouting or trip to CS. Obviously if they ask to see the receipt I pass it over. It really is easy and always remember you are doing nothing wrong, even if a trout thinks you are!!
Vouchers to the value of £9.99 or less can be used at the SS tills.
It's only a game
