£10 Tesco Meal deal for £4.07

Tesco will compare the reduced price with the full price at Asda, so I always put through any such bargains in a separate transaction.
I don't usually check to see what is cheaper at Asda, but if it's full-price at Tesco it goes in my RTD shop and it's amazing how often I get a nice surprise, eg today I bought some Krave as a treat for the kids, £2.45 in T's and £2 at Asda....altho if I'd checked before I'd shopped I'd have seen it was also 3 for £5 at Asda!!
Just to query this, as its the first time I've seen this info about price checking!! - if you'd bought 3 Krave at Tesco, would it compare your £7.35 spend with £6 spend at asda, or with £5 offer spend at asda?
I mention Krave because my son loves it and it's bloomin dear!!
I went in today specially for the £10 meal deal, and made sure I got the Turner Road wine. I've put it thru pricechecker so will wait to see.
If I go back in tmrw, should I get the meal deal and Kraves in 1 transaction, or the meal deal as one and the kraves as another?*** Friends are angels who lift us to our feet when our wings have trouble remembering how to fly ***
If I don't reply to you, I haven't looked back at the thread.....PM me0 -

don't worry it will compare with the 5GBP
reduced items are the ones with yellow stickers like 10p strwberries or whatever whoopsies you can find at T they will compare with full priced strawberries at A regardles of it being reduced because of going off soon... that's why you need to buy your whoopsies separately0 -

Yep! Get 3 of the Kraves with your meal deal & that should bring your voucher up to £7.80.
The worst that can happen is that they come back as n/a so your meal deal voucher still won't be affected.0 -
Anyone tried the dine in for 2 @ M&S? had a look there yesterday, some of the items include rump steak, sirloin steak, whole cooked chicken and chicken and prawn paella.
IMHO the food at M&S is far superior to T's - for T to call it 'finest' is a joke! The actual food is better at M&S and there is a lot more choice on each course, and on the drinks. Waitrose have tried to get in on the act, and their efforts are a bit pathetic too, not much choice, and the food not so good. I like the M&S ones because quite often you get something you can actually cook from scratch like the Oakham chickens, or mini chicken fillets, or fish, for example. Give it a go!0 -
