i dont think its very scientific, but not worth pushing, easy to get another email address? just dont use your CC as they may be able to link it (again, no evidence of that happening before)I love this site and all chums, but its making a dent in my bank account!!!
Have lots of things I want, but dont necessarily need... Must DO BETTER!!! :A0 -

I've had to move on to the next village because I bought all the TR in our store,I must be the only MSE in our town because I counted the bottles going down 4,3,2,1 then I moved onto the merlot haha.0 -
Tried using 4 of my vouchers in one go to be told no then yes then no! So took them off! Oops! Also didn't check my receipt. Are they supposed to sign them?
They also said one voucher a day as was going to go back and use one of my vouchers to get another meal deal! Hopefully will still be on Monday! I0 -
With regards to the R&D and instore overcharge DTD I have a few questions:
- Has anyone ever not received DTD even after phoning CS
- Has anyone ever been sent a list of T&Cs for instored DTD
- Does anyone know where the online T&C for DTD instore is?
- Do you think there is a limit?
- How far would you go if not given DTD?
- Is it managers discretion?
The reason I ask all this is because I'm still fighting with the CEO office on an overcharge I had a month ago. They have refused 3 times to give me DTD. It was a straightforward overcharge. I've asked for full clarity on the T&Cs of this.
Didn't any of you with the Xbox, steak, champers etc ever get times when they point blank wouldn't give you DTD?I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

I had issues with the xbox deal when my sis in law tried to claim hers, I went to store and rang head office and then passed the phone to the store manager who had come into store to deal with it on his day off.
After speaking to h/o he ok'ed the deal - begrudgingly .
This was the r+r days which finished with the xbox "special offer" but if you are saying head office wont help you then its time for watchdog/dailymail ect - if you have stuck to the t+c and they wont honour it then you need to give up or fight back and you know what they want you to do. I cant be sure of your details but if you have a valid receipt then scan it in along with the Tesco T+C's and send it to the papers /media but copy in Mr Clarkes office (and ask if you can also have it forwarded to Mr Leahy, so he can see how the company is sinking to compete with Poundland, since his retirement)
Also, depending on your exact details . . . .
Contact a mod and ask if Martin can look at your case - only consider these options if you believe you have a cast iron case that Tesco PLC have been ignoring your genuine complaint.
Good luck.

With the R&R Xbox fiasco, some stores begrudgingly gave it to you but head office got so busy with dealing with customers who phoned as the store was refusing R&R that they allocated one person, kevin Kelly, to deal with all the xboxes.
I remember speaking to that rather unpleasant man a couple of times, he was rude, aggressive and unproffesional. There were reports of him phoning individuals late at night etc!
I loved the xbox fiasco just before Christmas where they brought in big hexagonal cardboard units to display the dummy cardboard boxes for an xbox. These were usually just inside the entrance barriers, they also had games in it as well so the whole unit got forgotten about.
Then suddenly one morning, an MSE'er price checked one of the Xboxes and overnight they had gone from 299.99 to 309.99, and it seems stores weren't told so no one in store had changed the shelf edge lables!
This news hit MSE that morning and the race was on to visit as many stores as we could before they realised.
I did manage to get 1 or 2 ;-)
With regard to this just the difference, you have to decide whether it's worth the fight to head office and the raising of your profile when there will be another glitch, mess up with another promotion in the future which could be a lot better.
Tesco are so focused on getting money money money that they often forget the small detail which allows us in to cash in0 -
The TURNER ROAD has disappeared for Asda on mySupermarket.
Is this still okay? (he asks nervously)0 -

I agree,I think that my success(albeit very small compared to some) has been because I have always kept very low key and tried not to draw attention to myself. For instance the misprice on the tuna,I took my leaflet and after a bit of a discussion they let me have it at £2.99BOGOF.Yes I could have ranted and raved for DTD but I was pleased with my tuna as it worked out at 37p per tin and last night I then returned to the same store and got £70 worth of shopping foe £39. I think if you are pleasant with the staff they will be fair with you.0 -

Still showing for me on Asda main site (rather than mysupermarket) - We think this is a regional thing, possibly due to lack of stock at your local store(s). No worries - as long as your local Mr T has it, it doesn't matter :j
One bottle left in my local store - off to get it now with some free food! :TElite 5:2 #54 12/13 lbs (18 Jan) 1st Target :j0 -
Is this deal still working, does anyone know?0
