Yes l did,, is that taken off the balance then?
Yes!!! Never buy something which is cheaper in Tesco - it knocks your total refund right down if its matched with ASDA. Keep any cheap stuff separate.ELITE 5:2

Oh, yes. They were interesting times alright :rotfl: We should all write a book

Just got back from Mr T, apparently its Hawaii day, nice young man wearing a grass skirt and a garland chattily expained they were collecting for Alzheimers society, so I emptied my pocket into his tin. Good work Mr T a very good charity to support.0

I think its great that so many people are getting a bargain meal here, but a word of warning, this food is VERY unhealthy for you.
Take for example the Finest Mash. One look at the front of this and you will see that by eating just hHALF of this alone gives you approximately a whole days worth or 20G of saturated fat. That is the recommended maximum DAILY amount of saturated fat for an adult. And thats just the mash!.
Now look at the strawberry dessert for example. Again, another 15G of saturated fat in just one of those.
Dont believe me?. Just check the front of the packaging on all of these, it's all there.
Dont get me wrong, I dont want to be kill joy here, and I love this food too. Once in a while is fine, but its when people talk of loading up there freezers or living off the stuff for days on end.
Just wanted to bump this again. No - Im not trying to spoil the party Ive got a few meal deals in myself, it tastes lovely!
Wanted to make people aware of how unhealthy this stuff is, so proceed with caution before feeding up your family with it day in day out!0 -
I went into mr Ts tonight to see dairyman Tom who had promised to "sort me something out" after my three bean salad fiasco. Unfortunately he had just gone off shift so another manager came down..had to explain the whole thing to her again- laying on the CS !!!! up nice n thick. Anway the upshot was I walked out with a free bottle of Merlot as compensation. Have to say I was hoping she would throw in the whole meal deal for free, but no.....Make £10 a day May challenge

Thanks for that I've spent about half an hour reading some of the posts, and it sounds like hard work! But very worth it. Wish I'd known about it but back then I didn't even look at my receipts when I shopped at tesco, so I wouldn't have known if I was over charged!!0 -
forgot to say...it turned into a horribly expensive trip cos i took along my husband who spent £100 on all sorts of expensive, non TD, non reduced, non couponable rubbish!!!!!!! It was sooooo stressful - Inormally spend no more than £20 AND get that reduced by at least half with all my MSE tricks...Make £10 a day May challenge

Talking about interesting times, remember the photos Henlan stuck up of his loft on the pricechecker thread, looks like they might have caught up with him/her.
Henlans on the pricechecker thread 8 now talking about "his brother" (yeah right) being wrestled to the ground in Tescos by security. I guess you can only abuse the promotion for so long before you end up being noticed !.:eek:0 -
